Government of the Union
The Government of the Union, officially known as the Government of the State and Territories of the Arstotzkan Union, was the centralised power over the State and Territorial claims of the Arstotzkan Union. The Government was first called the Oversight Government for Overseas Territories (OGOT) when it was created on October 14, 2020. However, the name was later changed to Arstotzkan Territories Government on October 28, 2020, before it became the Arstotzkan Territorial Government on December 19, 2020. The name was changed again once the territories were fully united into a sole entity rather than a group of dependent Territories. Making the territories closer to a state. On 12 September 2022, the Federal Assembly united the State Government of the Arstotzkan Union Proper and the Government of the United Territories of the Greater Arstotzkan Union, creating the Government of the State and Territories of the Arstotzkan Union.
The Government of the United Territories of the Greater Arstotzkan Union was the sole enforcer of law and was to moderate legislation when it was deemed to impact the territories. Under Article 9 of the Land and Territories Act 2020, the Government of the Greater Union held all power over the territories and states.
On 11 January 2023, the Government of the State and Territories of the Arstotzkan Union was formally dissolved with the Land and Territories Act 2023 and the beginning of the 2023 State and Territorial Government Reforms.
