2023 State and Territorial Reforms

The 2023 State and Territorial Reforms is a reform of the Territories of the Arstotzkan Union into four different states. The Reform was the biggest since the Federalisation of the Arstotzkan Union, changing 14 territories and one state into four states, each with their own territories.
