The Land and Territories Act 2020 was the most instrumental article of legislation that started the Federalisation of the Arstotzkan Union, along with the addition of Article 20 to the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union. In March 2021, the Land and Territories Act took the place of the Border Protection Act, which itself took the place of the Border Protection Act 2019, which was to be created on September 18, 2019. Due to the outbreak of the First Civil Conflict, ultimately caused by the idea of this document among other things, the Border Protection Act 2019 was repelled later that day.

It was one of the only Acts of Assembly created that was part of the Constitutional Framework of the Arstotzkan Union.
