Fort La Lemire was intended as a defense against Tess R. however it quickly switched to a system intended to fight Iro the Tyrant. while Bobbygrad was a Wegmat it turned into a housing district but military Operations were still conducted in the area. when the Empire of New Germany was founded it was intended to be a area were a defense of Bobbygrad could be held during the Weg-New German War. it ran into dis repair during the war, it is also were the February 20th incident took place. it's demise came when it's need became ops elite when New Germany gained the Priory Grasslands on May 23, 2021.
