The Commonwealth Civil Administration of Philosostan (CCAP) was the temporary caretaker government over the newly independent Philosostan Federal Republic. Following 28 days of Empire rule the former Governor General of Philosostan formed the Philosostan People's Front and joined forces with the Joint Allied Response Defense Battalion and removed control of the Imperial Regional Commission of Philosostan.
Philosostan Central Committee
The Philosostan Central Committee was the policy making body of the CCAP. It was formed on 28 September 2022 by officers of the JARDAB and the President of Philosostan. It voted on decisions to aid in the creation of the new state. Because Gareth Cass was not able to attend the PCC, Ethan Brinkman, First President of the Arstotzkan Union and Secretary General of the Tauranga Commonwealth of Micronations headed a majority of the commissions of the committee.
