The Chamber of Councilors also known as, Council of Advisors (Raad van Adviseurs) was the formal advisory body of Leppa. It is a deliberative assembly that advised the Chief-Executive and the Chamber of Deputies on issues that are important to Leppa. It has the power to propose laws to the Parliament and thecabinet to prove it and pass it. It has a maxumum numerus fixus of 150 members. The members are appointed by the Chief-Executive on the advise of the Chamber of Deputies, Additionally 9 members are appointed by Mayors of the Municipalities
With the expansion of Leppa, the Chamber of Councilors is abolished is replaced with the Landsdag,
