On 30 March the Civil Defence released a bulletin announcing a second positive case and a total of 7 people in preventive quarantine. All these people were taken in charge by the Italian National Health Service.

Preventive measures
Since March 1, 2020 the Decracy of Vilthia has instituted preventive measures to prevent the virus from entering the territory.
On March 1, the Sovereign ordered a ban on entry to non-residents as well as the ban on creating gatherings of people in public places.
On March 8 the Sovereign appointed Giancarlo Marcuzzi as Extraordinary Commissioner for the COVID-19 Emergency.
On March 9 the Sovereign brought together the main exponents of the micronation by videoconference, and it was agreed to scrupulously comply with the prescriptions adopted by Italy.
This entailed the adoption of the quarantine for all citizens, with the ban on leaving their home if not for reasons of necessity.
Local volunteers took action to make food deliveries at home. Surgical masks were also distributed to all citizens.
From 20 to 25 March, local volunteers worked to create 250 washable fabric masks, which were subsequently distributed.
