Belcity participated in the 1st TVB Microvision Song Contest. The song chosen to present the country was chosen using Festival del Talento Musicale, a famous Belcityan festival.

Festival del Talento Musicale
Festival del Talento Musicale is a Belcityan festival used for selecting the Belcityan song for TVB Microvision Song Contest. In this edition 14 songs participated, they were divided in two semifinals, the top 2 from every semifinal advanced directly to the final, the songs positioned from third to sixth advanced to a second chance round and the last placed ones got eliminated; an additional four songs qualified to the final through the second chance round.

Voting during the TVB Microvision Song Contest invloved each country awarding points in the Eurovision point system (1-8 points, 10 points and 12 points.). The Belcityan jury was composed only by the president. The votes presented by and to Belcity were released the day after the final of the TVB Microvision Song Contest.
