The Arstotzkan Ambassador to the Confederate Democracy of Gamers was the head of inter-government communications between the nations of the Arstotzkan Union and Confederate Democracy of Gamers. The role was abolished following the Arstotzkan Invasion of the Confederate Democracy of Gamers on 15 April 2021 and the eventual collapse of the Confederate Democracy of Gamers.

Following the rise of the Confederate Democracy of Gamers again in 2022, the Arstotzkan Federal Government previously banned any form of inter-micronational relations during the Arstotzkan - Alliance War however after the formation of the Coalition of United Micronations relations between the Arstotzkan Union and CDG hit its peak.

Today the Chairman of Foreign Affairs and Trade handles the duties of relations with the Confederate Democracy of Gamers.

History

On 10 November 2020 the Arstotzkan Union announced its alliance with the Confederate Democracy of Gamers. For the first few days, relations were handled by First President Ethan Brinkman until 13 November 2020, when Zion Ormsby, who also served as Minister for the State Government of Arstotzka was officially appointed as the Arstotzkan Ambassador to the Confederate Democracy of Gamers.

Three days later, tensions were beginning to rise between the two states, with the Arstotzkan Union still recognising Confederate sovereignty, it also began to see the new state as an enemy. The Arstotzkan Federal Government had listed the nation as Arstotzkan Occupied Territory, while still maintaining it as an allied state.

Relations further dissolved when Tyler Brazier was appointed as General Commander of the Arstotzkan Occupied Territory just six days later. Confederate territory had also been listed as 'Arstotzkan Occupied Territory' under the official territories list. The Arstotzkan Union had also begun to refer to the period as the 1st Arstotzkan - Confederate Cold War, claiming Operation: Foreign Destruction had already begun on 11 November.

Two days later this became known as the 1st Arstotzkan - Confederate War, with an official declaration of war coming on 26 November. The Ambassadorship was dissolved during the war and was replaced by the General Commander of the Arstotzkan Occupied Territory.

By late-January 2021, the advent of the end of the war was on the horizon. On 3 February 2021, the position of General Commander was dissolved and replaced by the Arstotzkan Ambassador to the Confederate Democracy of Gamers. A week later, Ethan Brinkman who was serving as the Prime Minister was appointed as the third Ambassador to the CDG. Ethan Brinkman and First President Zion Ormsby also joined in establishing the Treaty of Judea, which ended the Arstotzkan - Confederate War.

The position was officially abolished on 15 April 2021 following the invasion of the CDG and dissolution of it as a sovereign state.
