The State Government of the Arstotzkan Union Proper or the State Government of the Unified State of the Arstotzkan Union Proper was the main power over the main state of the Arstotzkan Union Proper. Originally it was known as the State Government for the State of Arstotzka (SGSA) but a day after its creation, on October 15, 2020, it became the State Government of Arstotzka. This happened following the placement of the Land and Territories Act 2020 into Arstotzkan Law. In November 2021, with the Arstotzkan Union moving more onto the internet the name of the state was changed from Arstotzka to Sostoyaniye and thus the State Government had to change as well.
In late January 2022, the state had its final name change following an amendment to the Land and Territories Act 2020, which renamed the state to the Unified State of the Arstotzkan Union Proper or the Arstotzkan Union Proper.
