Alta is the de facto capital of the North Hillsborough Territory of Phillip. It’s the only city in the territory as it’s uninhabited and primarily serves as headquarters for military operations within the territory.

This city is disputed between Phillip and the United States of America, as the land hasn’t been officially claimed by a citizen of Phillip.

Geography

Alta has an area of 0.56 square kilometers, most of which is water. By size, it's the largest city in Phillip.

The city is located on multiple small cypress tree islands in the middle of the Hillsborough River. There is very little land in the territory, which makes it hard to settle on.

Flag

The flag of Alta is similar to the flag of North Hillsborough, giving homage to the Star of David on its flag. The blue on the left side of the flag represents the waters of the Hillsborough River and the white on the right side represents peace.
