The Administrator of the Roscami Seville Territory is the leader of the government of Roscami Seville in absence of the President. The Administrator is an officer of the Ministry of the Interior, and is appointed by the President as his representative in the territory, for a term of six months. The current administrator is Michael Melia, an uncle of Thomas Jacobs, and resident to Roscami Seville.
History
Upon the annexation of a small apartment and commons area owned by the uncle of Thomas Jacobs in Seville, Spain on 8 August 2022, the office of Administrator was formed to govern the territory on behalf of the Presidency. In a presidential decree two days later, Michael Melia was appointed the Administrator of the Territory, as he was deemed to be most able bodied resident of the territory.
Duties
The Administrator, as an officer of the Ministry of the Interior governs the territory for the President of Roscamistan, and leads the administration of the territory. He manages relations between the Cabinet and the residents of Roscami Seville. The Administrator is also responsible for the internal affairs of the territory, and the well-being of the residents. Foreign affairs are responsible to the Foreign Office of Roscamistan, along with defence managed by the Ministy of Defence.
