Year of Distress

The Year of Distress saw the birth of many new nations in the sector, along with radical geo-political changes in the map and the constant threat of being taken over by one nation. Sprinske is currently the most powerful nation which is fueled by this period, another thing is the large advancement in technology, espionage, and rockets.

The Year of Distress or the Kolniari World War, is a periodization used to describe the constant instability in the Kolniari Sector starting on 17 August 2022 and ending a year later on 17 August 2023. The wars involved in this period were instead a series of wars rather than one singular war. The period lead to the Third Generation of the sector. The major conflicts in this area were; The end of the Sprinske Civil War, the Second Micronational War on Terror, the Great Kolniaric War Scandal, Seitnamic War, Kolniari Cold War, Kolniaric War, January Intervention, Second Kolniaric War, Pekatan War, and the Kolniari Free State War.

The period saw the inactivity of the Sprinske Empire, the rebirth of the Sprinske Communist Republic, with a huge power gap, the Sprinske Communist Republic forcefully allied many Kolniari nations, the rise of the Sprinske Republic, the merger of the Kolniari nations which lasted for three days, the rise of Kaltarsia and the return of Emperor Aaron I of the Sprinske Empire.
