Woroar Niloar is the founder and current President of the Liberoli Republic, the first to hold the office. Born in Barnsley, UK, Niloar is also a British citizen. He has had no prior roles in politics and is currently studying abroad in the UK. Niloar also has other roles within the Liberoar Government, such as being the Parliament Regulator, Mayor of Niloar Meadow, and the Head of the Departments of Immigration and Social Media.

Personal life

Niloar currently resides in the UK but plans to move permanently to Liberoli.

Religious Views

Niloar is a self expressed atheist and is against religious teachings. He passed a law banning the teaching of religion "as if true". He is also a fan of the outspoken atheism advocate, Richard Dawkins.

Political Beliefs

He describes himself as a "Liberal Socialist", which gives name to his party. He sees his beliefs as different to socialism in general due to his belief that some regulated capitalism will benefit the country.

Domestic Policy

Niloar believes that people should be free to make their own choices, as long as they don't negatively affect others. This is reflected in his new smoking legislation which disallows anyone to smoke within 5 meters of someone without their consent.
