His Excellency Vitaly Liubimtcev, baron of Fessenfelt (Russian: Его Превосходительство Виталий Любимцев, барон Фешенфельт), born 10 May 1974 is a Aysellantean statesman. Was hired by the Navy of His Serene Highness in 2012 and was appointed commander of the squadron of Admiral's flag. Given the rank of rear admiral. In January 2013 he was appointed Commander of the Department of the Navy. Given the rank of Vice Admiral. In February of this year promoted to the Military Minister of the Princedom of Aysellant. For his efforts in this position he was awarded the Order of the White Wolf, and received the title of baron. 19 August 2013 Department of the Navy has been abolished. Baron Fessenfelt submitted his resignation and since then deals with issues the church. Baron initiated the unification of the Christian Church of Princedom. Sphere of interests: linguistics, theology (biblical exegesis), the history of the ancient East, the economy (development of the market for banking cards).
