Upperland, (Spanish: tierras altas) is one of the six provinces of Pacifico. Bordered by Pacifico City, Upperland is the fifth province by size at 0.00002 km², and second most populated in Pacifico, with 1 inhabitant. It has an elevation of 14 meters.[1]
The area surrounding Upperland was settled in the early 13th century (1226).[2][3] Upperland was moved into by the Imperial Family on 15 June 2023, and was established on 26 August, during the Republic of Pacifico. When the transition from Republic to Empire happened, it remained a province of Pacifico.
