The Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Zealandia (In Swedish: Zeelandiens Högsta Domstolen In Zealandian: Zålandieni Hæstirettur)is the supreme court in Zealandia on administrative law, civil law and criminal law cases. The Court is also Zealandia's only Constitutional court.
Constitutional Basis
The Supreme Court gains its constitutional basis from Section 3 of the Zealandian Constitution
Composition
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is nominated by the monarch and appointed by the Monarch on the advice of the Prime Minister and Parliament.
