SMT or Salanda Mean Time is the Time Zone of the Kingdom of Salanda it observes DST (Daylight Saving Time). It is ahead of UTC by 22 minutes on the Salandarian Mainland and Buso Territory and 24 minutes ahead in New Lucia. Israel standard time is also used for the Negev Territory it is 2 hours and 22 minutes ahead of the UTC. It operates on a daylight saving time system.
