His Royal Highness and Right Honourable Ryan Richard Walker OJI, Prince of Senesac, 1st Viscount Walker, (born 16 December 1999) is the brother of the Kapresh King Jackson I, and is first in line to the Kapresh throne.
He is a captain in the Parker Regiment of the Baustralian Army, who served his training with the Royal Rifles. In Kapreburg, he used to be a Kapresh Directing Officer of the Royal Cyber Force. Walker is the first and current Ambassador of Riloia, serving three non-consecutive terms.
Early life
Ryan was born on 16 December 1999 in Oak Lawn, Illinois and founded the micronation of Riloia in 2010. It disbanded in 2015, and came back into existence in 2019. He graduated high school in 2018 and is currently working a part-time job to save up for college.

He holds the style of The Right Honourable the 1st Viscount Walker, in the County of Bouland and the Colony of Wangatangia, and His Royal Highness the Prince of Senesac in Kapreburg. His viscounty has the same territorial designation as that of his brother, Jackson I, holding the style of the Right Honourable the 1st Viscount of Englewood, in the County of Bouland and the Colony of Wangatangia.
