New Toledo is a state in the Kingdom of Cristoria and serves as the capital of Republic of Cristoria. New Toledo was initially founded under the Free State of Cristoria on 6 June 2020, but has been passed on throughout every rendition of Cristoria.
History
New Toledo was founded on 6 June 2020 as the capital of the Free State of Cristoria and remained as such until the Battle of New Toledo on 2 December 2020 and 3 December 2020. Once the battle was declared as over, the Free State of Cristoria collapsed; however, New Toledo was still declared as sovereign and remained as it's own entity until February 2021.
In February 2021, the Empire of Cristoria was founded and New Toledo, still being it's own entity, got statehood and was appointed as the capital. New Toledo served as the capital of the Empire of Cristoria until 4 August 2021, when the Empire of Cristoria collapsed due to it's unrealistic claims in Toledo. Once again, New Toledo remained as it's own sovereign entity.
Two days following the collapse of the Empire of Cristoria, the Kingdom of Cristoria was founded on 6 August 2021. New Toledo, having proved it's "might" according to the then King Christopher I, was once more appointed as the capital of the Cristorian realm. New Toledo, having served the capital of the Kingdom of Cristoria up until 23 December 2022, was now almost three years old. The Kingdom of Cristoria collapsed on 23 December 2022 and New Toledo was once more it's own entity.
On 1 January 2023, following the signing of the constitution of the Republic of Cristoria, New Toledo was declared as the capital of the newest rendition of Cristoria.[3]
In 2023, New Toledo transferred locations and is commonly why the walls in some photos are different colors.
