Czarina or Czar of Borduria was the title used by the Monarch of Sildavia since 2021 to signify his imperial rule over the Province of Borduria as its head of state and imperial government. The monarchs sign their official Bordurian documents as King-Czar or Queen-Czarina. In 11 March 2023 it was reorganized into a kingdom and united with Sildavia, creating the United Kingdom of Sildavia and Borduria.

Powers of the Monarch

The Queen-Czarina exercises her authority in accordance with the Constitution and laws. She represents the realm in all foreign affairs and in any revision, in whole or in part, of the Constitution, and must be agreed upon jointly by the Queen and the Sildavian Council.
