Sebastião (Sebastião Flaviano, 20 January 1942), 2nd Duke of Flaviano is a member of the Sildavian Royal Family, Head of the Ducal House of Flaviano and father of the current Queen of Sildavia, Maria I.

Sebastião is the son of Oscar, 1st Duke of Flaviano, and Maria, Duchess of Flaviano. He was born in the city of Itabira, Minas Gerais in 1942. Sebastião married his first wife in 1960 and had eight children with her, he and his wife separated after that, during the 80's.

Years later during the 1990s he met and married the Countess of Koniktz, and with her he had only one daughter, Queen Maria I, who now occupies the throne of Sildavia. The couple broke up shortly after the birth of the current queen. Today he serves as Head of the Ducal House of Flaviano, Governor-General of the City of Klöw, and Secretary of the Royal Household and Finances.
