Throughout its micronational history, the House of Hochenberg has also held a title in Ebenthal and Queensland.

  • Duchess of Ottokar
  • Count von Reinbitz
  • Duke of Mëcklewmburg-Wladir
  • Hereditary Prince of Mëcklewmburg-Wladir

The title of Duchess Ottokar was bestowed by King Arthur II of Ebenthal to Grand Duchess Maria. The title of Countess von Reinbitz was given toGrand Duchess Maria by Grand Duchess Gabriela of Mecklewmburg-Wladir. Most, if not all titles of this house were used in their feminine form, since it were all used by women.

History

The House of Sildavia was founded in 2020 by Grand Duchess Maria, at the time, Sovereign Princess and afterwards, Queen of Sildavia, with the foundation of Sildavia. The then Sovereign Princess of Sildavia established the House of Ottokar-Flaviano as the national royal house. The Princess ennobled her maternal family with the title and style of Their Highnesses, Princes of Sildavia until the elevation of the principality to kingdom, when they assume the style of Royal Highnesses.

The Princess decided not to benefit her paternal family with the title of Prince of Sildavia. However they would continue in the line of succession to the throne after the members of her maternal family. A few months after the foundation of Sildavia, by royal letter patent, the Princess granted to her father the hereditary title of Duke of Flaviano, and the style of Serene Highness, making him a "Royal Duke". Along the concession of the dukedom, she established that his descendants would have the right to use the title of Prince or Princess of Flaviano and the style of Serene Highness. As her father and the rest of her paternal family did not receive the titles expected of Sildavian princes, they automatically do not belong to the Royal House, but remained members of the royal family. On 2021, Queen Maria issued a statement announcing the change of the name of the royal house from House of Ottokar-Flaviano to House of Sildavia, officially.

On March 2021, the Queen assumed the title additional of Tsarina of Borduria, and in May of that year, the title of Grand Duchess of Mëcklewmburg-Wladir. With the emancipation of the Grand Duchy months later, she became Co-monarch and Co-Grand Duchess along a dynast of the House of Almeida. was also in March 2021 when Queen Maria was made Duchess of Kheenich with the style of Her Grace, in Ebenthal. Eventually, she was elevated by the King of Ebenthal as a noble Princess with style of Highness. This was the first princely title granted to a Hergerian royal by a foreign country.

On September 2021, due to the birthday of her grandmother, the Dowager Baroness Ferreira, the Queen bestowed her the title of Duchess of Östervarstland, which created a new branch in the family, the House of Östervarstland. She and her descendents received the style of "Serene Highness", and her descendents the title of Princes of Östervarstland.

On March 2023, the Queen reorganized the country, creating the United Kingdom of Sildavia and Borduria, thus, making the members of the royal house also Princes of Borduria.

Last Changes, Dissolution of Sildavia and Rise of Hochenberg

On March 2023, after one year of reign as Queen of Sildavia and Borduria, the Queen dissolved the country, and founded a new country, the Grand Duchy of Hochenberg. Again, she changed the rules of the house, excluding all the members of the line of succession, striping all of their titles. The rules changed to the following:

  • Only through her bloodline is someone elegible to succession;
  • Her parents are the only dynasts of the royal house, considering they are her only cognates.
  • The colateral members of her mother's family (former Princes of Sildavia) and the members of her paternal family (former Princes of Flaviano) were now totally excluded from the succession and are inelegible to the titles of Hochenberg. This also included her siblings, with the only exception a person to be appointed by the Head of the House, if there's no natural heir available.

With those actions, the line of succession became basically non-existent, since the Grand Duchess doesn't have an heir, or someone appointed as a successor.

The Grand Duchess also changed the name of the house, once named House of Sildavia, and now called officially House of Syldavja-Bordurien zu Hochenberg.

Wladirian Branche

On the 10 July 2024 Maria of Hochenberg installed her mother Countess Sonia as Duchess Regnant of Mëcklewmburg-Wladir, thus creating a cadet branche of the royal house. The creation of the new branche ceeded titles to the imediate family of the new Duchess.
