Juan Carlos Valls O'Donnell (born on April 22), formerly Juan Carlos Valls Vandoma (better known by his middle name O'Donnell) is a Hispanic Micronationalist known within the Hispanic Micronationalism for his various micronation projects, his famous political Blog called La Gaceta Sureña and for being the reporter and investigator who unmasked the multiaccount identity of IP (self-styled as "El Cuervo", in English "The Raven") with the help of other Spanish-speaker micronationalists.
