Executive Officer, Josiah Isaiah Welch, of the Federal Republic of New Potato Land, was sworn into office as the general of the Democratic Republic of Potato Land in 2017, serving in their revolutionary war. In the same year, he gained sovereignty as Draig Tatws, New Potato Land was founded prior to the establishment of the Federal Republic of New Potato Land. He lead Potato Land in their revolutionary war, lead New Potato Land through their revolutionary war, and lead New Potato Land through the War of Bydoedd from 2017 to 2019.
Career
Origins
Josiah Welch entered politics in 2013 within the tyrannical government of the fallen Kingdom of Gẅyddzkãp. After he realized the dangers of the government of the fallen Kingdom of Gẅyddzkãp, he made major tax cuts, causing the government to collapse, leading to the inevitable end of the kingdom.
General of the Potato Land Army
In 2017, Josiah Welch was appointed by the monarch, David Stolle, as General of the Potato Land Army. He purchased land that is occupied by present day District Three. He left the land under the Democratic Republic of Potato Land's control. in 2018, he used a legal loophole to obtain the land from the Democratic Republic of Potato Land. As General of the Potato Land Army, he participated in one war, the Potato Land Revolutionary War.
Executive Officer of New Potato Land
Three days after he helped the Democratic Republic of Potato Land win the Potato Land Revolutionary War, he resigned, founded the sovereign town, Draig Tatws. The town of Daeërydd y Arglwydd was claimed by Draig Tatws creating the Federal Republic of New Potato Land. The Democratic Republic of Potato Land obviously didn't take this newfound sovereignty lightly, Draig Tatws, New Potato Land went to war with the Democratic Republic of Potato Land, the Federal Republic of New Potato Land Revolutionary War. During the war, military base-city, Daearoedd Cerddoriaeth, was invaded by New Potato Land army lead by Josiah Welch, helping New Potato Land win the war.
