The Honorary Minister (Thai: รัฐมนตรีกิตติมศักดิ์) is Prudentianopolis honorary office (title) which conferred to a person who contacted with Regent of Quorum directly, or political leader of nation. Originally promote to Regent's friend as guarantee of friendship and mutual assist, also profession in specific region's history. After the unlocked of isolation policy and started the foreign policy, regent of quorum decided to grant this title to political leader or diplomats. This title carries no activities in cabinet, nor state affairs.
