The Fief of The Rift, more commonly known as The Rift, is a territory of the Kingdom of Salanda and is in Europe.
History
Being founded during 2022, The Rift is a relatively new micronation, with the initial version of the constitution written during September 2022. The first two hamlets - Thorn Valley and Hillside - would be formed. Thorn Valley would be the largest, and act as the serving capital city while Rift Cape was being built.
Politics and government
The Thane is the equivilant of royality in the nation, with the vice-thane being voted in by nation's citizens every 12 months, and taking over the Thane upon thier leaving.
Law and order
Everyone accussed in The Rift gets a trial facing the Thane, the Vice Thane and 3 other members of public. They are entitled to legal representation, and at the end of the trial - all members vote on whether the accused is guilty or not guilty.
Foreign relations
Being a new Micro-Nation, there is no foreign relations.
Military
There is no military action, as this nation is focused on bringing peace.
