The Consistorium, is Mediolaurentia's constitutionally established body of representatives that directly reports to and works in tandem with the Crown and is considered the highest organ in the Realm. Its membership is currently comprised of the three heads of state of the two constituent countries of Mediolaurentia, and the Archchancellor as an observing member.
