The Congress of Kapresh Progress is a Progressive Libertarian political party in the Empire of Kapreburg. New kapresh citizen Peter Carell formed the party in October 2023 following the 2023 Kapresh general election. Although the party is progressive it is not a socialist party, however, it is friendly and open to ties with other socialist parties. The party opposes the absolute monarchy system in favor of unitary republic of Kapreburg. The political party is directly affiliated with the Deer Party of Wegmat causing speculation of the true party's leadership. It is presumed that Chair of Parliament of Wegmat Cole Baird is the de facto leader of the party despite being a socialist.
