The Aureus Act, 2023, is an Act of the Parliament of Kapreburg, signed on 16 November 2023. This act was passed to establish the Kapresh aureus as the new currency of Kapreburg, and to disestablish the failed Kapresh dollar. It was purposefully left open ended so that future legislation could be passed on the currency when problems arise. It passed through parliament on 10 November 2023, and was signed on 16 November 2023.
