The Archipelago of Glaciem or simply Glaciem but officialy County of Glaciem, is a group of 16 islands near Qaqortoq, Greenland. It was annexed to the Principality of Lomellina in 23 August 2014. The group is composed in 16 islands being Grand-Glaciem the biggest and the Capital-city of the archipelago.
Etymology
"Glaciem" is the Latin word for "Ice" featuring the area's icy and cold weather.
History
Searching for more territories to claim, in 22 August 2014, D. Guilherme da Lomellina e Berenguer, prince of Lomellina , discovered an unamed group of 16 islands in the Greenland city of Qaqortoq that wasn't included in the Greenlandish sovereign territory. Followed by this discovery D. Guilherme annexed it to the Principality of Lomellina the very next day in 23 August 2014 creating the Archipelago of Glaciem.
Government and politics
All of Glaciem is controlled by the Count and the Countess and in each island a Viscounty is established and a Viscount is appointed.
