Lomellinian Viscounties

Crown of the Lomellinian Viscounts

The Lomellinian Viscounts or also called Viscounty are a territorial type or domain ruled by a viscount or viscountess (sometimes referred as Visdames) in the Principality of Lomellina. The viscounties are by right semi-sovereign states under the rule of the prince, they can make their own laws and traditions altough they still have to follow the Lomellinian Aristocracy decisions culturaly, security, diplomatic or scientific.

The viscounties are the little parts of a County and sometimes are depicted as islands or islets in the case of Archipelago Counties and as for UPOLs (Unique Pieces Of Land) are cities or districts.
