Zinland, officially the Republic of Zinland, is a self-declared sovereign state commonly called a micronation by external observers. The nation is currently located in the United Kingdom but claims Bir Tawil. Zinland was established on 14 April 2023 by Derek Adams.
The nation is constitutionally a unitary presidential republic and is governed as such. Derek Adams has been serving as president since the republic was established.

Zinland was established on 14 April 2023 by first president Derek Adams. The constitution was written and ratified on the day of foundation - known as Founder's and Constitution Day.
