Will Thomas was the Secretary of Culture for the Renaissance Republic of Renasia before it collapsed. He then became a member of The Republic of Egtavia. Upon the reformation of Technocratic Renasia he became part of the Renasian High Council, and then became Chancellor of the Treasury within the newly formed Free State of Renasia.
