    Prelude

The tensions leading to the conflict began when Luxe, despite initial uncertainties, engaged in diplomatic relations with CMSIT. Concerns arose within Luxe regarding CMSIT's stance on racial laws, territorial claims in Europe, and the hypothetical invasion of Africa. The situation escalated when CMSIT's leader, Gian I, started making jokes and insulting the Luxese military. Drawing inspiration from historical wartime rhetoric, Luxe, echoing Mussolini's famous speech declaring war on France and England, announced its own declaration of war against CMSIT. The Luxese government declared it was time for "IRREVOCABLE DECISIONS," mirroring the tone of Mussolini's address.

    The Conflict

Following numerous disputes and verbal altercations, CMSIT eventually decided to retract its comments and surrender. Luxe, considering further actions, hinted at possible sanctions against CMSIT. Rumors circulated that Luxe might have deployed members of its secret services to CMSIT, although this information remained unofficial. The conflict, known for its brevity, earned the moniker "War of Eleven Minutes" due to its swift resolution.

    Aftermath

The aftermath of the War of Eleven Minutes saw CMSIT retracting its earlier remarks and formally surrendering to Luxe. The Luxese government contemplated imposing sanctions on CMSIT, adding a diplomatic and economic dimension to the consequences of the conflict. The rumors of ongoing secret service activities in CMSIT persisted, but official confirmation was lacking.
