Francesco Dispenza is an italian micronationalist, founder and president of Franci City and politician of the Republic of Luxe.
Early political and military career
Francesco founded, on the Republic of Luxe wave, the nation of Franci City, creating friendly relationships with his friend Luca Mirante, who helped him with founding for the developement of the new state. For this, Dispenza obtained the Luxe citizenship and became part of Luxe social life too. He obtained a military background, having served in the Army of Luxe from 2015 to 2018, achieving the rank of Soldier.
New era
Obtaining popularitym Dispenza expanded his political influence by founding Partito SPQR on 9 December 2018. This political party, inspirated by the Roman Empire, played a pivotal role in Luxese politics during its existence. Francesco Dispenza further contributed to Luxese governance by serving the Parliament of Luxe from 1 January 2019, to 1 January 2020. His role in the parliament adds to the comprehensive political portfolio he developed over the years. In 2019, following the U.M.S. crisis, he pushed for an exit from the alliance of Franci City and joined the UMNI causing the total loss of the relationships with Luxe, until the embassies signed a diplomatic peace.
