H.I.M. Emperor Thomas I is the first and reigning Emperor and founder of the Empire of Myrotania. As Myrotania is an absolute monarchy, as well as being head of state Thomas I is also the head of government.

On 17 March 2014, Thomas I was appointed by the President of West Who (William Farr) as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of West Who.

On 8 August 2014, Thomas I set up the party system in the Empire of Myrotania, redefining the nation as a single-party state with The Myrotanian National Party as the only party.

Addressing and Reference

• As Emperor of Myrotania, H.I.M. Thomas I is to be referred to as 'His Imperial Majesty Thomas I, Imperator' (H.I.M.) and addressed as 'Your Imperial Majesty' or more colloquially 'Sir'.
• As Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of West Who, Thomas I is to be referred to as 'The Right Honourable Thomas of Myrotania' or informally as 'Mr. Chief Justice'. In court, Thomas is to be addressed as 'Your Honour'.
