The Surdamian Government Council is the legislative body for the Republic of Surdam and was responsible for creating the law of the country. The Council was formed on July 17, 2017, instructions on what should be represented in the council are in the constitution. The Council is made up of 12 representatives representing various things for Surdam, representatives are elected by the people to make decisions on bills and other things.

Composition

The Surdamian Government Council is made half of Representatives of Land (states and territories) and the other half is Representatives of Government (government programs or interests).

History

The Surdamian Government Council was founded on 17 July 2017 the same day Surdam itself was founded. Regular meetings every year since then have been occurring to vote on bills and push stuff for Surdam to do.
