HIR&SM Tsar Stefan I (born 25 September 2000) is the first and current Tsar of the Great Lawl Reich. He is the Founder of the nation, having established it on 17 February 2014. In addition, he currently serves as Prime Minister of the Great Lawl Reich and served as the 6th Chairman of the Micronational Assembly from 9 March 2019 to 17 September 2019, and as the 10th Chairman of the Micronational Assembly from 29 November 2020 to 3 March 2021. He was the Kaiser of the Grand Empire of Francia from 29 September 2017 to 14 April 2018.
