Emperor Devon of Agber is a micronationalist who has served as the Shogun of the Tenshukyō since 2018. He also served as the Emperor of the Agber from 2021 to 2022.
With the Enclave de Cordova
The future Shogun and Emperor began his micronational career when he joined what was then known as the Enclave de Cordova in early 2006, while he was still in high school. He was introduced to Cordova by his cousin, who was then serving as the Don of Stanislaus within the nation. He quickly made a name for himself and was named as the Don of Florin that same year, when the position became vacant.
Devon became the Baron of Cordova in September 2013. His reign lasted until 16 July 2018, when he abdicated due to him taking a job in Atlanta.
With the Tenshukyō Shogunate
After a brief hiatus from micronational activity, Devon found himself missing the scene and decided to found his own independent project based around a Japanese culture. After taking a few weeks to outline the ide with friends, he founded the Tenshukyō Shogunate on 2 October 2018.
In the summer of 2020, Shogun Devon announced that Tenshukyō would be joining the Empire of Agber.
As Emperor of Agber
After the abdication of Empress Arlene, Devon was elected to serve as the new Emperor by his peers. He ascended the throne on 29 March 2021. He would set the Empire on the path to its dissolution and reimagining as a confederation of similar projects on 1 November 2022.
