The Exalted Order of the Rising Moon is an order of the Tenshukyō Shogunate and the Empire of Agber it is a part of. The Grand Cordon of the order is the highest honor bestowed within the Shogunate, as well as being the only order that is reserved exclusively for citizens of the nation. It was created on 10 November 2018.
There are two classes of the order:
- Star and Seal which is denoted by the wear of the star of the order and the seal, which is suspended from a blue and yellow necklet.
- Grand Cordon which is denoted by the wear of the regalia of the rank of Star and Seal, accompanied by a blue and yellow sash. This rank of the order is reserved exclusively for the Shogun.
Additionally, there is an Honor Cordon that can be bestowed to foreign heads of state as a symbol of friendship, although it does not confer official membership in the order. The colors of both sash for the cordon and necklet ribbon differ from those bestowed on citizens by also including white.
