Rex v. McGrath was a supreme court decision. The Horrible Aidan John McGrath had set Baustralia up to be destroyed by the Kapresh government, Quebec government and the Ikonian crown. This was revealed after the treaty of Charriot'sville was signed. According to the court, he was also trying to diminish the name of Kapreburg. Later, he was held in contempt and was told he was guilty. This is because of an order-in-council of John I saying "all persons accused of High Treason shall be stripped of the right to hold trial. If requested, the Crown shall entertain. If, during the case, the accused falls into contempt, he may and shall be called guilty."
According to court documents, he was stripped of his barony and military rank, his uniforms and medals will be burnt. He has also been titled The Horrible. In addition to this, his new commonwealth, the Southern Kapresh Commonwealth had to be renamed. It was renamed the Tsefinam Commonwealth.
