Princess Lisa, Countess of Stourpaine
Princess Lisa, Countess of Stourpaine (born 5 March 1975) is a Hilltopper royal and aunt of Max I. She is the eldest child of Prince Christopher, Duke of Winterbourne and Princess Linda, Duchess of Shaftesbury. She was the co-leader of the Jackobite government with Prince Jack, Duke of Gillingham, which claimed that the abdication of Max I is still valid and that Jack and Lisa are the true rulers of Hilltop, she abdicated from this position on 24 August 2021.
She was elected as MP for Spetisbury in the 2020 elections and was appointed Chancellor of the Exchequer by Queen Mother Donna on 18 March 2021.

When the Jackobite party was banned on 22 August 2021 after a violent clash at the Battle of Denes, unlike Lana Avery, Lisa was allowed to stay in office as an independent member, on 24 August, she resigned as Head of the Jackobite Government-in-Exile to her eldest child, Arrianne Kingman and defected to the Social Democrats.
She is the Bishop of Spetisbury under the Diocese of Stevenshous in the Church of Hilltop.
