He did little in his short time in office, but is a co-founder of Qaflana. He served as the Commander of the Navy of Qaflana. He was banished for participation in the civil conflict within Qaflana.

			Alex Halbesleben served as President of Qaflana from 11 May 2019 until its annexation by Emosia on 22 June 2019. During his time in office, Halbesleben expanded the territory of Qaflana and formed allies with Plushunia. Halbesleben took over after the resignation of William S.

			Appointed by Emperor Leon Montan following the reformation of Qaflana on 31 May 2020, Reeve was the first Prime Minister to serve since Qaflana's merger with Emosia in June 2019 and the longest serving elected figure at 9 months. During his tenure, Reeve established an initial parliament, the transition of the Presidency to the Prime Ministership and also overseeing Qaflana's entry into the Cupertino Alliance in July 2020. Reeve's administration later experienced severe inactivity from August 2020 onwards.
