The Premier of Culver (French: Premier du Culvierre) is the head of government of Culver. Not outlined in any constitutional document, the office exists per the long-established electoral standards of Culver and is elected in 1 year intervals. Under the Westminister system, the premier governs with the majority of the elected Colonial Assembly; as such, the premier typically sits as a member of said assembly and typically leads the largest party or a coalition of parties. The prime minister is not appointed by the monarch's representative, the governor, but is elected by the people.The Premier of Culver also chairs its Cabinet, and along with the Governor General which is collectively responsible to the Sovereign. Culverian premiers are appointed to the Cabinet and styled as The Right Honourably, and in informal conversation, "Mr. Premier" (French: Monsieur le Premier).

The prime minister is supported by the Office of the Premier and heads the Cabinet of Culver. The premier also selects individuals for appointment in local orders (in the state jurisdiction) and city mayors, as well as to the assembly upon popular vote, High Court of Culver, and other courts.
