Penlee is a municipality and the official capital city of the Florian Republic. It is the micronations most important city. Penlee is home to the headquarters of Micronational Rugby and many of the Micronational Rugby Super League teams play in the city. Also located in Penlee is a Telemart store, which is owned by Nedland.
