Sheikh Haj Mūnshī Orzān Qâsīm Sālmān Sādīq al-Haidari bīn Mūhammadūllah bīn Mūhammad Nūrūzzaman bīn Mūnshī Mūhammad Sādad-Āli (Arabic: شيخ حاج منشي عرزن قاسم سلمان صادق الحيدري بن محمد الله بن محمد نور الزمان بن منشي محمد صداد علي , Bengali: শেইখ হাজ মুন্সি অুরজান কাসিম সালমান সাদিক আল হেইদারী বিন মুহাম্মদুল্লাহ বিন মুহাম্মদ নুরুজ্জামান বিন মুন্সি মুহাম্মদ সাদাদআলি, Persian: شيخ حاج منشى عرزن قاسم سلمان صادق حيدرى بن محمد الله بن محمد نورالزمان بن منشى محمد صداد على ) also known simply as, Mūnshī (Bengali: মুন্সি, Persian: منشى, Turkish: Münşi, A term used for religious people in Bangladesh, also as a title for a writer originating from Persian), also known by his Namazam, Alidastkar Hussein (Qardashi: عليدستكر حسين lit. 'The one who has everything in his hand), or most commonly, Orzan bin Muhammad (Arabic: عرزن بن محمد), is a Qardashi-Bengali-American poet who writes poems in English, Bengali, and Qardashi, and most notably a micronationalist most notable for being the founder and current sultan of Qardasha as well as the founder of the Orzan House within Qardasha. Aside from being the founder of Qardasha, Orzan is also known for his works in the Islamic Communities (both in Micro nationalism and on Discord).
Biography
Orzan was born in 2008, it is debated wether he was born in America or in Bangladesh, not much is known about his early years with Orzan himself keeping most things to himself. He keeps his family a secret as well, letting the public only know him by his public profile.
Career
Orzan's micronational career started in 2020 when Worker's Socialist Republic of Russiaka was founded. He worked alongside Bill Walker and Jim Walker, the leaders of Russiaka at that time. After many years of inactivity in Russiaka, Orzan later partook in the Qardaishan Revolutionary War (Russiakan Civil War). After which he became the Sultan of Qardasha.
After the revolutionary war, Orzan bin Muhammad worked and shaped Qardasha into what it is today. Eventually making it into an empire. However, due to recent events, with Orzan taking responsibility for the war crimes committed in the Second Zarkyivian Crisis, 2022 Qardashian-Olovian Cyber War, and the Qardaishan-Cloudiland Liberation War (Cloudiland-Qardasha Cyber War). he is the topic of a lot of controversies. Orzan is also controversial due to his past relations with Tizian and his ties with Desslok, with his conservative Islamist views he has also made many enemies as well.
Personal life
Not much is known about Orzan's private and personal life-keeping most of his life private. He is known to be a poet in the English, Bengali, and Qardashi languages. He's said to be from a small village called Pirpur in Narsingdi, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and is currently living in Qardasha and the United States.
It is also known that he has published both books in Qardasha and in the United States, mainly poetry and short stories in various languages.

On Socialism and Communism
Orzan bin Muhammad has made himself Anti-Communist/Anti-Socialist since the Russiakan Civil War. Passing multiple anti-communist and anti-liberal laws in Qardasha.
By Allah, I was once a communist myself, I've been there and have experienced their thoughts. I've shared many memories [with them], but in the end, I've realized something; Communism, or anything that is in of the left spectrum, is not within the folds of Islam. Communism may look good on paper, but when you realize its conflict with religion and the eventual lead to fascism, you will understand that it is not an ideal path to follow.
— Orzan bin Muhammad
The time of Orzan's shift from the left to the right is unknown, but he hints that it happened a couple of months before the Qardaishan Revolution.
On Religion and the State
Orzan bin Muhammad has identified himself as an Islamist. Adhering to the Religion of Islam, he firmly believes that Islam specifically, should be a part of the state and the main guidelines for the state. Orzan has said that the state can't function without religion, religion being a unifying force for the people.
...Science explains the material world and religion explains the spiritual world. You can't have either or without the other. You can't have science without religion nor religion without science. The same is with the state. Sadly, in the world that is politics, religion is one of the, if not the most powerful tools. It allows for quick accession to power and unifies the people under a joint cause. That's why all these fake Muslim terrorists gather in numbers quickly. It's nothing but politics and it really shouldn't be.
— Orzan bin Muhammad
On Islamism
As previously mentioned, Orzan identifies as an Islamist yet does not claim to be an extremist.
When people think of Islamism, they usually think of terrorists. This word has been so poisoned by the west, when you hear it you only think of the Islamic State. But when you see the truth, you will understand that Islam needs to be in every aspect of life. How can this beauty not be a part of the state? Look at the states without religion, they are successful but their people are not happy [with themselves]. Then look at the state with religion, you see their people much happier. But if only the state has religion and the people don't then the state will end, the same if the people have religion but the state doesn't. By Allah, I am putting myself in danger here by saying the truth. People can't accept it. When they look at me they think terrorist, they don't give me a chance. But look at what I've done [with Qardasha]. So many people come to me saying that Qardasha has opened their eyes. But our enemies who know us better than ourselves will take the bad things about us and make them our whole. By Allah, if you follow the true Islam, you will be labeled as a terrorist, extremist, etc. But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter, for when the dust settles and you receive your book in your right hand and they receive their book in their left they will understand who was right and who was wrong.
