A Minister of the People's reformed States Republic is the head of a People's reformed Ministry and advisor to the Premier and the Chancellor on his or her ministry's subject. A Minister generally can be considered a head of state of his or her section of government.

Appointment

A Minister is elected to a four month term and can be reelected to two consecutive terms before he or she must take at least a one term break. There is no cap on the number of terms that may be served. A Minister is elected three times a year, in September, January and May of every year. In the case of the loss of a Minister, the position is filled by an appointed person subject to the decision of the Premier.
