Maximilian IB lives in Germany and he founded the State of Lasetia at 11 of March 2023. He is the head of the State and was elected in the First election of the Country. Because of the Little Territory his Country controlls, he refused to declare the independence, because of the high Dependecy of Germany and the lack of Military and Personal strengh. He is proclaiming the autonomy of Lasetia.

In an interview he said; "This is a great Day for the State of Lasetia. We officialy declared our independence and I hope our Territory and Population Increases. So I passed a Law that allows everybody to join the Country with his Territory or Home. Everybody above the Age of 14 is allowed to found and join a political party. There is no restriction and you are automatic in the Council of Lasetia and can suggest a law or talk about something. If you live far away you can still join the Federation, and you will be join the council through online meetings on Discord."
