Role and Tasks

The Ministry of Trade has one duty which was defined 11 March 2023 by Maximilian IB., the reigning President over the State of Lasetia, that the Ministry should reduce dependencies from national enemies and authoritan regimes (As China, North Korea etc.) by not Importing goods from their states. The Ministry should also provide for climate neutral trade, as no gas will be imported. It also regulates the export with the Ministry of Finances and Economy to establish an income outside from taxes.

Eligibility

Every Citizen of Lasetia who is older than 13 is allowed to become the Minister of Trade, if the President permit the choice of the National Council. This means that a Minister is suggested by the National Council after Elections and must be permitted by the President to become a Minister. The President has more rights, than the Ministry of Trade and can manage the foreign trading policies, if he wants. But this is preserved for the Emergency Case, which is usually called out by the President and can disempower the National Council and the Minister and Ministries. But the Ministry of Trade is always on exchange with the Ministry of Finances and Economy and the President to regulate sanctions and foreign trade policies.

Achievements

1. Sanctioning Trade with Russia, North Korea and China for an undefined amount of time
